What is Conveyancing?

One of Australians biggest dreams is to own a property. Although the property ownership is simple and starts with a thought of buying a home, however, the complexity sits with satisfying legal requirements, where a person has to go through hoops and hurdles to acquire a property.

At Zing Conveyancing, our commitments is to remove those difficulties, stress and anxiety, and create a unique experience so your home ownership dream becomes reality.

In simple terms, Zing Conveyancing manages the legal process and ensures all the legal requirements are satisfied to enable a simple and effortless property transaction.

Given the complexity and the compliance with legal requirements, we highly recommend to appoint a licensed conveyancer to assist you with the transaction. The license conveyancer will not only have the experience and qualification in property transactions but also a professional indemnity insurance to cover for any civil liability.

So what does the conveyancer does?
